There's a catch.

Traits of creative ideas tend to branch out and bloom like it is spring , when it takes refuge at spaces where there is  dwelling of a deeper passion . To me , running is one such space. Here , without sounding technical, I am about to uncover an analogy that made sense to me.

   Every runner is different and so are his Goals.  I started running primarily to loose weight and I have seen success, failure and platue. From some of that experience I  now bring this to you.

    Online research on weight loss never fails to bring  hits on caloric deficit . If that advise has turned into a counter productive affair , then this one assures some gold dusts of enlightenment.

In fishing,  in order to increase the odds of a good catch , among other things , one key factor is the bait that the fisher man uses. It has to be of a specific kind and appropriate  quantity  . There is going to be no catch if no (proper) bait is used, despite the numerous hours burnt at the dock.


    If you haven't guessed it yet . The Fish is your workout goals .Hours burnt at the dock fishing , is your workout . The Bait is your fueling of nutrition and you are the guy fishing.
